Air Conditioners

Without regular maintenance your air conditioner looses between 5% and 10% of its original efficiency for each year of operation. Your air conditioner should be inspected and serviced regularly by a fully trained service technician. Neglected maintenance can cause future failures that can be very costly to repair. Your air conditioner should be serviced twice a year. (Once a year if not regularly in use)

Inspection and cleaning of the roller

Inspection and cleaning of the motor

Cleaning of indoor and outdoor coils

•

Check all wiring

•

Inspect pumps

•

Inspect all pipes for leaks

Re-gas of aircon (optional extra if

necessary)

• Temperature readings

There are many companies and individuals

in this industry who are servicing air

conditioners, but please be aware, they

only clean filters and re-gas your unit if

necessary.

THIS IS NOT A PROPER SERVICE!

There are only a few fully trained

technicians.

Make sure that you use a technician with

the necessary qualifications.
